The overall gender pay gap decreased in 2022
Neuchâtel, 26.11.2024 - In the economy as a whole (private and public sectors), the overall pay gap between women and men has continued gradually to decrease, from 18.0% in 2020 to 16.2% in 2022, according to the initial results of an analysis of wage data from the Swiss Earnings Structure Survey carried out by the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
