Average annual inflation for residential property in 2024 was 1.7%
Neuchâtel, 3.2.2025 - The Swiss Residential Property Price Index (IMPI) rose in the 4th quarter 2024 by 1.8% compared with the previous quarter and reached 120.2 points (4th quarter 2019 = 100). Compared with the same quarter of the previous year, inflation was 2.4%. Average annual inflation for residential property in 2024 was 1.7%.
